Intermediate - Session 1 - 10:00 a.m.- East Pool

INTERMEDIATE- To enter into this class the child must be able to perform all of the Beginner 3 skills. The swimmer must be comfortable in deep water. Child will build front crawl endurance, treading water, refine backstroke and elementary backstroke. The class will introduce breaststroke, and flutter kick. To pass, the swimmer must be able to do 30 yards of front crawl, 25 yards of backstroke/ breaststroke, and tread water for two minutes.

We hope that while you are enrolled in this program that both you and your participant feel safer in the water. Our number one goal is always to create safer and stronger swimmers. Please look at our schedule tab to see when your classes are offered. In case of cancelation Fridays are used as a “make up class”. Emails will be utilized as our main form of communication this summer so please make sure your information is up to date. Our lessons supervisor will be communicating with you throughout the session for any important updates or changes.
