Note:

Rules/Rental Guidelines:
1. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited in all facilities.
2. All groups must vacate facility by their designated time.
3. There must be at least one (1) adult per every fifteen (15) youths
4. Facility must be non-profit in nature. No solicitation, sales or fees may be charged on park property.
5. When damage or loss of property occurs, the Parks and Recreation Department will make the necessary repair and bill the individual or organization for materials and labor.
6. Fees are non-refundable without at least a twenty-four (24) hour notice through the main office 440-326-1500.
7. Food and drink must be kept in designated areas. It the responsibility of the renter to clean up area at conclusion of rental.
8. A staff member will open the facility no earlier than 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of you schedule rental time and will stay the entire rental.
9. Bounce Houses are not permitted on or inside the property.

* Confetti/Glitter/Silly String are Prohibited in facilities *Use of tape not permitted to hang banners, posters, etc. on facility walls *Additional maintenance fees may be assessed if these products are used in the facilities.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

In consideration for rental of the Elyria Parks and Recreation Department recreation center, the renter agrees to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the Parks and Recreation Department. The renter will forever discharge the City of Elyria, Ohio its employees or agents, form any claims, action suits, in law or equity arising out of connection with any damages, loss or injury which they may suffer to their persons, or property, as a result of use of the recreation facility owned and operated by the City of Elyria. The renter will be held liable for any damages incurred to the property for the duration of this agreement.
